Drake Accused Of Trademark Infringement In New Lawsuit Filed By Brand Members Only

It looks like Drake is going from rap beefs to full on lawsuits.

The rapper’s touring company “Away From Home”  is now being sued by the parent company of the brand Members Only.
The lawsuit filed by JR Apparel accuses the rapper of infringement and trademark dilution after the Members Only logo was used on a shirt sold during his “It’s All A Blur” tour.
The company’s attorneys say there was a failed attempt to settle this situation amicably, which resulted in the lawsuit.
