Lil Wayne had us a little thrown off lately, especially after posting up with Trump, but it looks like the rapper may have bigger issues on his hand.
On Tuesday, Wayne was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, which is a federal offense that earns him a possibility of serving 10 years.
The charges stem from an incident that took place back on Dec. 23rd of last year.
According to authorities, Wayne admitted to owning the gold-plated handgun found during a search of his luggage, following the arrival of his private plane.
