Ethiopia Habtemariam has been serving as president of Motown Records for the last six years and crushing it. Well, it looks like she is moving on up and has now been promoted to Chairman and CEO of Motown Records.
Ethiopia says, “It’s an incredible honor to represent and define what Motown is today.”
In her new role, Habtemariam will have more independence and plans to “lift up our next generation on executives around the world.”
