Defendants In Ahmad Arbery Case Indicted On Hate Crimes And Kidnapping Charges

The Department of Justice has indicted the defendants in the Ahmad Arbery case on hate crimes and attempted kidnapping charges.
A federal grand jury charged Gregory McMichael, Travis McMichael, and William “Roddie” Bryan, on Wednesday.
According to a press release, all three men face one count of “interference with rights and one count of attempted kidnapping.” Travis and Gregory were additionally charged with the using and carrying of a firearm. it was also reported that “in Travis’ case, discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.”
