2023 Now The Hottest Year In Recorded Human History According To Scientists

On Tuesday, Europe’s top climate agency announced the year 2023 was the hottest of recorded human history.

According to new data, last year’s global temperature surpassed the previous global temperature record by almost two-tenths of a degree — making it the largest jump scientists have ever witnessed.

Scientists also say this year will be even hotter and are urging nations to rapidly transition away from polluting fuels. This is in fear of warming levels causing ecological webs to unravel and human-built systems to collapse.
