Things just keep getting worse and worse for Diddy. According to reports, during a hearing that took place Monday September 3rd a judge granted Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith $100 million after the Diddy failed to appear in the courtroom.
Cardello-Smith claims that he was drugged and sexually assaulted by the now defamed rapper after attending a party with him back in 1997.
Following the ruling, Combs legal representation put out a statement claiming that Diddy has never met the accuser and was not notified of the hearing. It was also revealed that there are plans to appeal the decision in hopes the case will be dismissed.
The payout will allegedly be split into installments of $10 million per month, starting in October.
