It looks like Tekashi 6ix9ine is back and breaking records.
On Friday, the controversial rapper made his first appearance since being released from prison, via Instagram live.
Within 2 minutes of Tekashi live streaming he racked in over 1 million viewers, eventually having well over 2 million people overall.
The previous record was held by Babyface and Teddy Riley who had millions tuned in to their #VERZUZ battle. However, it’s no secret people had been wondering what out of prison Tekashi 69 had to say.
Tekashi didn’t just conquer Instagram today, though. Right before going live the rapper released his new song along with a video. He then took to social media to boast about freezing YouTube, because his video was getting so many views.
