Diddy is officially in federal custody and it doesn’t seem like he will be going home anytime soon.
The rapper was detained Monday morning, in NY. Tuesday a judge denied his bail stating “There has been significant violence and weapons around.” She also went on to state “coercion of witnesses” as a factor of her denial.
Diddy’s legal team has revealed plans on appealing the judgment. However, rumors of what has been found in Diddy’s house and hotel room might not help his case.
Allegedly, during his mansion home raid earlier this year narcotics,over 1,000 bottles of baby oil, and lubricants were found. It’s also been reported that ecstasy was found in her hotel room with feds took him in custody on Monday.
