The second earthquake in a time frame of two days has just been reported to have hit California!
Although the initial reports do not contain information about how far the rumbles were felt, but it has been confirmed that the quake came in at a 7.1 magnitude. This beats the previous earthquake, which was 6.4 magnitude.
Although the epicenter was not in the same location, it did occur 10 miles north east of Ridgecrest. The city has had over 100 after shocks since the occurrence of the first earthquake only 1 day prior.
