Zion Williamson definitely knows how to work the court and apparently knows how to get the bag too!
The former Duke player has signed a 7 year contract with Jordan for $75 million dollars, which brings an end to a massive sneaker deal bid.
Zion is now a New Orleans Pelican and is anticipated to have a bright career. Which is obvious, because the Jordan brand hasn’t offered up this type of money since they paid Lebron James $90 million, back in 2003.
Michael Jordan said, “Zion’s incredible determination, character and play are inspiring. He’s an essential part of the new talent that will help lead the brand into the future. He told us he would ‘shock the world,’ and asked us to believe him. We do.”
Zion is already expected to make 9.8 million for playing in the NBA and will also be receiving 10.7 million a year with this newly acquired deal.
Now that’s Baller!
