Tekashi 69 Documentary Series Announced As A Part Of Snapchat Originals!

Tekashi 69 has definitely been a hot topic as of lately, but it looks like Snapchat is turning his controversy into a documentary series!
The media company made the announcement on Tuesday, along with 7 other shows which are all set to hit Snap Originals this fall.
In the series produced by Complex, titled “Vs The World”, various artists will be highlighted each season. The first season which will be “Tekashi Vs The World” which will highlight both the rise and fall of the controversial rapper’s career.
With so much talk surrounding Tekashi’s current court case, it is anticipated that the series will touch on the events of the trial and more! It’s no secret that details involving T69 and his RICO case are still developing, as he just took the stand to testify a few days back. However, production of the show is said to already be underway.
It’s been reported that “Tekashi Vs The World” will also include interviews with people who were close to or associated with 69, such as DJ Akademiks, Ebro Darden, Adam22, Tory Lanez, Cuban Doll and others.
There has not yet been any word on what other artists the series will feature, but Snapchat definitely knows how to build user excitement. The media company has seen great success with it new original feature and continues to pour money into it.
