Condolences go out to Raleigh native, John Wall. The Washington Wizards’ star guard recently lost his mother, Frances Pulley, who was battling cancer.
Frances Pulley, who was age 58, played a significant role in our community, being heavily involved in John’s foundation The John Wall Family Foundation. She also, of course, was a major supporter of her son; being there for all of the major moments in his career.
John, who lost his father at the age of 9, often talked about the role his mother played as a single mother working multiple jobs to take care of their family. He also openly discussed how close the bond was between the two!
As a community, we want to send our thoughts and support to the Wall family.
