It looks like R. Kelly’s hopes of getting out have been squashed yet again.
According to reports, a Chicago federal judge shut down Kelly’s latest request to get out. The singer claimed that he was attacked by another inmate while no one “raised a finger” or attempted to come to his aid.
That’s not all, though. US Disrtict Judge Harry Leinenweber also denied the defamed singer’s request to hold a hearing about the alleged incident. In regards to the August beat down, the judge said “this single isolated incident does not suggested that the Bureau of Prisons is incapable of safely housing Mr. Kelly.
