Raleigh Police department have detained 2 people who they believe are linked to 12 shooting that have taken place over the last few days.
While police did not release the individuals’ identity but they did hold a press conference letting the public know that an investigation is still ongoing and they are unsure if it is one or both of individuals who were detained that are connected to the shooting.
