She is now facing a lawsuit by a luxury rental car company.<br \/>\nThe company claims that, back in April, Kehlani rented a Ferrari that she said she was only going to use for personal use. However, the rental company says that the vehicle was actually featured in her video  for &#8220;Open (Passionate).&#8221;<br \/>\nAccording to the court documents, the company claims it lost more that $35k in potential sales due to having to get it fixed from Kehlani crashing it.
