Kelly&#8217;s hopes of getting out have been squashed yet again.<br \/>\nAccording to reports, a Chicago federal judge shut down Kelly&#8217;s latest request to get out. The singer claimed that he was attacked by another inmate while no one &#8220;raised a finger&#8221; or attempted to come to his aid.<br \/>\nThat&#8217;s not all, though. US Disrtict Judge Harry Leinenweber also denied the defamed singer&#8217;s request to hold a hearing about the alleged incident.
