According to reports, during a hearing that took place Monday September 3rd a judge granted Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith $100 million after the Diddy failed to appear in the courtroom.<br \/>\nCardello-Smith claims that he was drugged and sexually assaulted by the now defamed rapper after attending a party with him back in 1997.<br \/>\nFollowing the ruling, Combs legal representation put out a statement claiming that Diddy has never met the accuser and was not notified of the hearing.
