It isn’t unheard of for festivals to charge varying ticket prices for different attendance packages, but what if you notice non people of color where being charge higher to attend a festival than people of color?
Well, a Detroit music festival is receiving a lot of heat for doing just that!
The AfroFuture Fest is charging non-people of color two times the ticket price, while people of color are only being charged $10.
What’s not surprising is that the internet definitely had something to say about this!
