The Queen has struck again, well Queen Latifah that is! ABC has announced that the hip hop star is all set to join the cast of the network’s live version of “The Little Mermaid” has Ursula the sea witch.
Now this is not the live action movie rendition of the film which will be starring Halle Bailey, but non the less we are all excited to see how Queen Latifah will bring her character to life!
The Queen isn’t the only star selected to be in the cast. Reggae artist, Shaggy has been tapped to play Sebastian in the production alongside Auli’I Cravalho, who voiced Moana.
The former “Star” actress, has definitely proven herself in the acting realm and although the hit Fox show will not be returning for smother full season, she’s still booked and busy. Queen Latifah and the rest of the Cast of “Star” are also gearing up for a movie that will bring an end to the show’s story line.
