Popular rapper and close friend of Chief Keef, Lil Reese, is currently in critical condition after suffering from a gunshot to the neck.
According to the Country Club Hills PD, cops were called to a scene about 40 minutes outside of Chicago, on Monday. When they arrived all they found was a car with with fresh blood in the driver seat and outside of the vehicle. Witnesses made police aware that someone picked up a wounded man, who was identified after local hospitals were called.
Lil Reese is reportedly being treated at South Suburban Hospital for one gunshot wound to the neck. It is still unclear why the shooting took place.
