Kylie sold majority ownership of her thriving cosmetic line, Kylie Cosmetics, now making her $600 million richer!
The announcement of the partnership between Kylie’s beauty brand and Coty Inc. was made Monday. She played it dry smart, however! With Kylie Cosmetics currently being worth 1.2 billion, she will still own 49 percent if the beauty empire she built.
She said, “I’m excited to partner with Coty to continue to reach even more fans of Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin around the world. I look forward to continuing the creativity and ingenuity for each collection that consumers have come to expect and engaging with my fans across social media,” Jenner said in a release.”
She also revealed bigger plans for the brand saying, “this partnership will allow me and my team to stay focused on the creation and development of each product while building the brand into an international beauty powerhouse.”
