Netflix is in some pretty hot water over the highly controversial film “Cuties,” which features underage girls dancing provocatively.
well, it looks like the movie has earned Netflix a visit to the courtroom, because they’ve now been indicted by a grand jury in Tyler County, TX. According to reports, Netflix is being charged with promotion of lewd visual material depicting children.
The company was served on October 1st and both Co-CEOs were named in the summons.
