News has broke that the rapper’s older brother Glen Johnson committed suicide Tuesday in their hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina. According to reports, Johnson died from a self-inflected gunshot wound to the head, shortly after he shared an Instagram video of him sitting in his car while holding a gun. In the video, Johnson was visibly upset and spoke about the ways he’s “been wronged,” while crying. Glen lives on through 3 sons and a daughter.
Da Baby has not formally spoken out about his brother’s death. However, he did break his silence by posting a story to his Instagram with lyrics from the intro to his album. He also shared a message asking pepper to check on their loved ones!
