Thanks to Trump, rapper Kodak Black is getting released from federal prison. However, he hasn’t dodged all of his legal troubles just yet.
The rapper is still facing a felony charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, in South Carolina. Prosecutors told reporters they are fully prepared to aggressively press the case against Kodak until he cops a plea or it goes to trial.
South Carolina prosecutors allege Kodak forced himself on an 18-year-old woman in a hotel room after a Feb. 2016 concert, claiming he raped her while biting her neck and right breast, according to legal docs obtained by reporters.
