It looks like Travis Scott might have to cough up that coin!
A flash mob style event Travis held in West Hollywood is now being investigated by city officials. The city’s Dept. of Public Works, reportedly, did not issue a permit for Travis to hold the event and is now taking a closer look to see if her broke the pandemic regulations currently in place.
Travis had dozens of people gather at a newsstand, to announce the 1st issue of his “Utopia Issue” of i-D Magazine. He also passed out limited editions to the attendees.
