Its fair to say LeBron James has his eyes set on a sports league other than basketball. Don’t get worried, though. The NBA star is now becoming a part-owner of the Boston Red Sox.
Although the amount of money the Laker’s star invested has not been revealed, it was allegedly a pretty penny. James made the investment by taking a stake in the team’s parent company, Fenway Sports Group. The sports group also owns the English Premier League soccer team, Liverpool Football Club.
