Well, it looks like the richest person in the world has now acquired social media platform, Twitter.
it was reported earlier that Elon had bought stake in Twitter, declined sitting on the board, then made an offer to buy the whole platform. Well, it looks like he succeeded!
It was announced, on Monday, that Elon Musk is now the owner. Which wasn’t the easiest of tasks. The board deliberated for 11 days before making the decision.
Musk made it clear he believes he can run the platform better than it’s previous leadership and said “Having a public platform that is maximally trusted and broadly inclusive is extremely important to the future of civilization,” while doing a public interview.
