YFN Lucci Pleads Guilty To Violating Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act

On Tuesday, Atlanta rapper YFN Lucci pleaded guilty to one count of violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act.
According to reports, the prosecution proposed Lucci be given a 20-year sentence with 10 years to serve. Because of the plea deal, Bennett would receive credit for time served, since he’s already served 3 years. It’s also reported that the rapper will be eligible for parole in just three and a half months. If granted parole,  he’d be coming home to serve the rest of his sentence on parole.
