It’s a sad time for the HBCU community as Raleigh’s own Saint Augustine University looses its accreditation.
On Tuesday, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Board of Trustees made the decision to deny the university’s appeal.
Many people have since expressed their concern for how this will affect the Raleigh community.
